Psalm 32:2-5

New International Version

³ When I kept silent,^(C)
    my bones wasted away^(D)
    through my groaning^(E) all day long.
⁴ For day and night
    your hand was heavy^(F) on me;
my strength was sapped^(G)
    as in the heat of summer.^[a]

⁵ Then I acknowledged my sin to you
    and did not cover up my iniquity.^(H)
I said, “I will confess^(I)
    my transgressions^(J) to the Lord.”
And you forgave
    the guilt of my sin.^(K)
