^9 (A)Be not so terribly angry, O Lord,
    ^(B)and remember not iniquity forever.
    Behold, please look, we are all your people.

^6 (A)Attend to my cry,
    for ^(B)I am brought very low!
Deliver me from my persecutors,
    ^(C)for they are too strong for me!

⁶ The Lord preserves ^(A)the simple;
    when ^(B)I was brought low, he saved me.

⁵ for ^(A)her sins are heaped high as heaven,
    and ^(B)God has remembered her iniquities.

³ For you ^(A)meet him with rich blessings;
    you set ^(B)a crown of ^(C)fine gold upon his head.

^9 (A)They have deeply corrupted themselves
    as ^(B)in the days of Gibeah:
^(C)he will remember their iniquity;
    he will punish their sins.

¹³ As for my sacrificial offerings,
    ^(A)they sacrifice meat and eat it,
    but the Lord does not accept them.
^(B)Now he will remember their iniquity
    and punish their sins;
    ^(C)they shall return to Egypt.
