¹⁹ Do not deliver the soul of your ^(A)dove to the wild beasts;
    ^(B)do not forget the life of your poor forever.

¹² But I will leave in your midst
    a people ^(A)humble and lowly.
^(B)They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord,

² May he ^(A)judge your people with righteousness,
    and your poor with justice!

¹³     though you men lie among ^(A)the sheepfolds—
the wings of a dove covered with silver,
    its pinions with shimmering gold.

¹⁰ your flock^[a] found a dwelling in it;
    in your goodness, O God, you ^(A)provided for the needy.
