    he makes his wind blow and the waters flow.

¹⁵ He ^(A)sends out his command to the earth;
    his word runs swiftly.

⁹ For ^(A)he spoke, and it came to be;
    he commanded, and it stood firm.

¹⁰ By the breath of God ^(A)ice is given,
    and ^(B)the broad waters are frozen fast.

¹⁶ which are dark with ice,
    and where the snow hides itself.
¹⁷ When they melt, they disappear;
    when it is hot, they vanish from their place.

²⁰ He ^(A)sent out his word and ^(B)healed them,
    and ^(C)delivered them from their destruction.

¹⁷ you whose garments are hot
    when the earth is still because of the south wind?
