⁹ O Israel, trust thou in the Lord: he is their help and their shield.

⁸ Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

⁵ Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

² Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

³ Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

⁴ Let them now that fear the Lord say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

³ Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

¹⁹ Bless the Lord, O house of Israel: bless the Lord, O house of Aaron:

²⁰ Bless the Lord, O house of Levi: ye that fear the Lord, bless the Lord.

²⁹ Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the Lord, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places.

¹² That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

⁵ Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:

⁶ Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

⁷ Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.
