Psalm 106:38-39

New King James Version

³⁸ And shed innocent blood,
The blood of their sons and daughters,
Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan;
And ^(A)the land was polluted with blood.
³⁹ Thus they ^[a]were ^(B)defiled by their own works,
And ^(C)played^[b] the harlot by their own deeds.
