¹⁴ “Blessed are those who wash their robes,^(A) that they may have the right to the tree of life^(B) and may go through the gates^(C) into the city.^(D)

²⁵ But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom,^(A) and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.^(B)

⁹ Let us not become weary in doing good,^(A) for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.^(B)

¹⁷ Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.^(A)

⁷ To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor^(A) and immortality,^(B) he will give eternal life.^(C)

¹⁴ You are my friends^(A) if you do what I command.^(B)

³⁵ Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.”

²¹ “But if^(A) a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees^(B) and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die.^{(C) 22} None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live.^(D)
