^(B)Fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

And ^(D)refreshment to your bones.

²⁹ The ^(A)way of the Lord is a stronghold for the upright,
But ^(B)ruin to the workers of injustice.

⁷ When a wicked person dies, his ^(A)expectation will perish,
And the ^(B)hope of strong people perishes.

²² A ^(A)joyful heart ^[a]is good medicine,
But a broken spirit ^(B)dries up the bones.

¹⁰ The ^(A)name of the Lord is a ^(B)strong tower;
The righteous runs into it and ^(C)is ^[a]safe.
¹¹ A ^(D)rich person’s wealth is his strong city,
And like a high wall in his own imagination.
