¹²If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants will be wicked.

¹⁹A servant will not be corrected by mere words;
For though he understands, he will not respond.

¹⁹A servant will not be corrected by words; for though he understand, he will not give heed.

²¹He who pampers his servant from childhood
Will have him as a son in the end.

²¹He that delicately bringeth up his servant from childhood shall have him become his son in the end.
