⁷ The ^(A)wicked are overthrown and are no more,
But the ^(B)house of the righteous will stand.
⁸ A person will be praised according to his insight,
But one of perverse ^[a]mind will be despised.

¹² The ^(A)wicked person desires the ^[a]plunder of evil people,
But the root of the righteous ^(B)yields fruit.

^21 (A)No harm happens to the righteous,
But the wicked are filled with trouble.

^28 (A)In the way of righteousness there is life,
And in its pathway there is no death.

⁶ Righteousness ^(A)guards the ^[a]one whose way is blameless,
But wickedness brings the ^[b]sinner to ruin.
