The Lord, from ^(A)the fountain of Israel.

When He led them through the deserts;
He ^(B)caused the waters to flow from the rock for them;
He also split the rock, and the waters gushed out.

³ Your wife shall be ^(A)like a fruitful vine
In the very heart of your house,
Your ^(B)children ^(C)like olive plants
All around your table.

²⁸ Then ^(A)Israel shall dwell in safety,
^(B)The fountain of Jacob ^(C)alone,
In a land of grain and new wine;
His ^(D)heavens shall also drop dew.
