¹⁹ When words are many, transgression is not lacking,
    but the prudent are restrained in speech.^(A)

¹³ The words of their mouths begin in foolishness,
    and their talk ends in wicked madness,^(A)
14 yet fools talk on and on.
    No one knows what is to happen,
    and who can tell anyone what the future holds?^(B)

²⁷ One who spares words is knowledgeable;
    one who is cool in spirit has understanding.^(A)
28 Even fools who keep silent are considered wise;
