²⁶ that ^(A)your rejoicing for me may be more abundant in Jesus Christ by my coming to you again.

Be Reconciled to God

¹² For ^(A)we do not commend ourselves again to you, but give you opportunity ^(B)to boast on our behalf, that you may have an answer for those who boast in appearance and not in heart.

¹⁴ (as also you have understood us in part), ^(A)that we are your boast as ^(B)you also are ours, in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Philippian Generosity

¹⁰ But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last ^(A)your^[a] care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity.

^4 (A)Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

³ For we are ^(A)the circumcision, ^(B)who worship ^[a]God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

All for Christ

3 Finally, my brethren, ^(A)rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not tedious, but for you it is safe.

¹⁶ holding fast the word of life, so that ^(A)I may rejoice in the day of Christ that ^(B)I have not run in vain or labored in ^(C)vain.

¹⁷ Yes, and if ^(D)I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice ^(E)and service of your faith, ^(F)I am glad and rejoice with you all. ¹⁸ For the same reason you also be glad and rejoice with me.

⁶ Nevertheless ^(A)God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by ^(B)the coming of Titus,

²⁴ Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, ^(A)that your joy may be ^(B)full.
