19 Then those of the [a]Negev will [b](A)possess the mountain of Esau,
And those of the [c]Shephelah the (B)Philistine plain;
Also, (C)they will [d]possess the territory of Ephraim and the territory of Samaria,
And Benjamin the territory of Gilead.
20 And the exiles of this army of the sons of Israel,
Who are among the Canaanites as far as (D)Zarephath,
And the exiles of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad,
Will [e]possess the (E)cities of the Negev.
21 [f]The (F)deliverers will ascend Mount Zion
To judge the mountain of Esau,
And the (G)kingdom will be the Lords.

21 Those who have been rescued[c] will go up to[d] Mount Zion in Jerusalem
    to rule over the mountains of Edom.
And the Lord himself will be king!”
