²³ But ^(A)the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting, ^(B)and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations, and among the people of Israel they shall have no inheritance. ²⁴ For the tithe of the people of Israel, which ^(C)they present as a contribution to the Lord, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance. Therefore I have said of them that they shall have no inheritance ^(D)among the people of Israel.”

^9 (A)Therefore Levi has no portion or inheritance with his brothers. The Lord is his inheritance, as the Lord your God said to him.)

¹² And ^(A)you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your male servants and your female servants, and the Levite who is within your towns, since ^(B)he has no portion or inheritance with you.

²⁷ And you shall not neglect ^(A)the Levite who is within your towns, for ^(B)he has no portion or inheritance with you.

Provision for Priests and Levites

18 “The Levitical priests, all the tribe of Levi, ^(A)shall have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They ^(B)shall eat the Lord's food offerings^[a] as their^[b] inheritance. ² They shall have no inheritance among their brothers; the Lord is their inheritance, as he promised them.

^33 (A)But to the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; the Lord God of Israel is their inheritance, ^(B)just as he said to them.

^3 (A)For Moses had given an inheritance to the two and a half tribes beyond the Jordan, ^(B)but to the Levites he gave no inheritance among them.

^7 (A)The Levites have no portion among you, for the priesthood of the Lord is their heritage. ^(B)And Gad and Reuben and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan eastwards, which Moses the servant of the Lord gave them.”

^28 (A)“This shall be their inheritance: I am their inheritance: and ^(B)you shall give them no possession in Israel; I am their possession.
