²⁴ “‘“The Lord bless you^(A)
    and keep you;^(B)

⁴ indeed, he who watches^(A) over Israel
    will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵ The Lord watches over^(B) you—
    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
⁶ the sun^(C) will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.

⁷ The Lord will keep you from all harm^(D)—
    he will watch over your life;

⁶ “I, the Lord, have called^(A) you in righteousness;^(B)
    I will take hold of your hand.^(C)
I will keep^(D) you and will make you
    to be a covenant^(E) for the people
    and a light^(F) for the Gentiles,^(G)

³ May the Lord bless you from Zion,^(A)
    he who is the Maker of heaven^(B) and earth.
