1 The Lord spoke to Moses ^(A)in the wilderness of Sinai, ^(B)in the tent of meeting, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

^22 (A)There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat, from ^(B)between the two cherubim that are on the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will give you in commandment for the people of Israel.

Israel Leaves Sinai

¹¹ In the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth day of the month, ^(A)the cloud lifted from over the tabernacle of the testimony, ¹² and the people of Israel ^(B)set out by stages from the ^(C)wilderness of Sinai. And the cloud settled down in the ^(D)wilderness of Paran.

19 On the third new moon after the people of Israel had gone out of the land of Egypt, on that day they ^(A)came into the wilderness of Sinai.

^34 (A)These are the commandments that the Lord commanded Moses for the people of Israel ^(B)on Mount Sinai.

1 ^(A)The Lord called Moses and spoke to him ^(B)from the tent of meeting, saying,

¹⁷ In the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, ^(A)the tabernacle was erected.

² “On the ^(A)first day of the first month you shall ^(B)erect the tabernacle of the tent of meeting.

Solomon Builds the Temple

6 ^(A)In the four hundred and eightieth year after the people of Israel came out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, which is the second month, ^(B)he began to build the house of the Lord.
