Nahum 1:4-6

New International Version

⁴ He rebukes^(A) the sea and dries it up;^(B)
    he makes all the rivers run dry.
Bashan and Carmel^(C) wither
    and the blossoms of Lebanon fade.
⁵ The mountains quake^(D) before him
    and the hills melt away.^(E)
The earth trembles^(F) at his presence,
    the world and all who live in it.^(G)
6 Who can withstand^(H) his indignation?
    Who can endure^(I) his fierce anger?^(J)
His wrath is poured out like fire;^(K)
    the rocks are shattered^(L) before him.
