²⁴ So his fame spread throughout all ^(A)Syria, and ^(B)they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and ^(C)pains, ^(D)those oppressed by demons, ^(E)those having seizures, and ^(F)paralytics, and he healed them.

¹⁵ said, “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he has ^(A)seizures and he suffers terribly. For often he falls into the fire, and often into the water.

⁶ “Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, suffering terribly.”

^15 (A)But now even more the report about him went abroad, and great crowds gathered to hear him and to be healed of their infirmities.

² This was the first ^(A)registration when^[a] Quirinius ^(B)was governor of Syria.

¹⁸ And Jesus ^(A)rebuked the demon,^[a] and it^[b] came out of him, and ^(B)the boy was healed instantly.^[c]

²² And behold, ^(A)a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying, ^(B)“Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.”

^22 (A)Then a demon-oppressed man who was blind and mute was brought to him, and he healed him, so that the man spoke and saw.
