³³ Now ^(B)when the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. ³⁴ And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated, ^(C)“My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”

^44 (B)Now it ^[a]was about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. ⁴⁵ Then the sun was ^[b]darkened, and ^(C)the veil of the temple was torn in ^[c]two.

² And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the ^(A)sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit.

²⁵ Now ^(A)it was the third hour, and they crucified Him.
