⁴⁸ But he replied to the man who told him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?”

¹⁶ From now on, therefore, ^(A)we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer.

⁵² And Jesus ^(A)increased in wisdom and in stature^[a] and in ^(B)favor with God and man.

³² And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers^[a] are outside, seeking you.” ³³ And he answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”

^37 (A)Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

³ When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.” ⁴ And Jesus said to her, ^(A)“Woman, ^(B)what does this have to do with me? ^(C)My hour has not yet come.”

⁴⁹ And he said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that ^(A)I must be in ^(B)my Father's house?”^[a]
