Gin-ayo ni Jesus ang Duha ka Bulag(A)

29 Sang nagapaguwa na sila ni Jesus sa Jerico madamo nga mga tawo ang nagsunod sa iya. 30 Karon, may duha didto ka bulag nga nagapungko sa higad sang dalan. Nabatian nila nga nagaagi si Jesus, gani nagsinggit sila, “Ginoo,[a] kaliwat ni David,[b] kaluoyi kami!” 31 Ginsaway sila sang mga tawo nga maghipos. Pero gintuduhan pa gid gani nila singgit, “Ginoo, kaliwat ni David, kaluoyi kami!” 32 Nagpundo si Jesus, gintawag niya sila kag ginpamangkot, “Ano ang inyo gusto nga himuon ko sa inyo?” 33 Nagsabat sila, “Ginoo, gusto namon nga makakita!” 34 Naluoy si Jesus sa ila, gani gintandog niya ang ila mga mata, kag sa gilayon nakakita sila. Dayon nagsunod sila sa iya.

Two Blind Men Receive Sight(A)

29 As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. 30 Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, “Lord, Son of David,(B) have mercy on us!”

31 The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”

32 Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want me to do for you?” he asked.

33 “Lord,” they answered, “we want our sight.”

34 Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.

46 Nag-abot sila ni Jesus sa Jerico. Kag sang nagapaguwa na si Jesus sa sini nga banwa kaupod sang iya mga sumulunod kag sang madamo nga mga tawo, may isa ka bulag didto nga nagapungko kag nagapakilimos sa higad sang dalan. Siya si Bartimeus nga anak ni Timeus. 47 Pagkabati niya nga nagaagi si Jesus nga taga-Nazaret, nagsinggit siya, “Jesus, kaliwat ni David,[a] kaluoyi ako!” 48 Madamo nga mga tawo didto ang nagsaway sa iya nga maghipos. Pero gintuduhan pa gid gani niya singgit, “Kaliwat ni David, kaluoyi ako!” 49 Nagpundo si Jesus kag nagsiling, “Dal-a ninyo siya diri sa akon.” Gani gintawag nila ang bulag, kag nagsiling sila, “Magkalipay ka, tindog kay ginatawag ka ni Jesus.” 50 Ginhaboy niya ang iya kunop kag nagdali-dali siya palapit kay Jesus. 51 Dayon nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Ano bala ang imo gusto nga himuon ko sa imo?” Nagsabat ang bulag, “Manunudlo, gusto ko nga makakita.” 52 Dayon ginsilingan siya ni Jesus, “Lakat ka; ang imo pagtuo nag-ayo[b] sa imo.” Sa gilayon nakakita siya kag nagsunod kay Jesus sa dalan.

Blind Bartimaeus Receives His Sight(A)

46 Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging. 47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth,(B) he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David,(C) have mercy on me!”

48 Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”

49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.”

So they called to the blind man, “Cheer up! On your feet! He’s calling you.” 50 Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.

51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.

The blind man said, “Rabbi,(D) I want to see.”

52 “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.”(E) Immediately he received his sight and followed(F) Jesus along the road.
