The Great Day of Yahweh

[a]For behold, the day is coming, (A)burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every worker of wickedness will be (B)chaff; and the day that is coming will (C)set them aflame,” says Yahweh of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.” “But for you who [b]fear My name, the (D)sun of righteousness will rise with (E)healing in its wings; and you will go forth and (F)skip about like calves from the stall. And you will (G)tread down the wicked, for they will be (H)ashes under the soles of your feet (I)on the day [c]which I am preparing,” says Yahweh of hosts.

The Great Day of the Lord

[a]“The coming day[b] is certainly going to burn like a furnace. But the Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in its light[c] for those who fear my name. You will go out and leap like calves released[d] from their stalls and trample down the wicked. Indeed, they will become ashes under the soles of your feet on the day I do this,” says the Lord of the Heavenly Armies.
