⁴¹ And it happened, when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, that the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was ^(A)filled with the Holy Spirit.

Zacharias’ Prophecy

⁶⁷ Now his father Zacharias ^(A)was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying:

⁴⁴ For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

¹⁵ For he will be ^(A)great in the sight of the Lord, and ^(B)shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, ^(C)even from his mother’s womb.

^8 (A)Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel:
