²⁰ And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is ^(A)poured out for you is the ^(B)new covenant in My blood.

²⁵ whom God displayed publicly as ^(A)a ^[a]propitiation ^[b](B)in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, ^[c]because in the ^(C)forbearance of God He ^(D)passed over the sins previously committed;

⁹ Much more then, having now been justified ^[a](A)by His blood, we shall be saved ^(B)from the wrath of God through Him.

^7 (A)In ^[a]Him we have ^(B)redemption ^(C)through His blood, the ^(D)forgiveness of our trespasses, according to ^(E)the riches of His grace

¹³ But now in ^(A)Christ Jesus you who ^(B)formerly were ^(C)far off ^[a]have ^(D)been brought near ^[b](E)by the blood of Christ.

²⁰ and through Him to ^(A)reconcile all things to Himself, having made ^(B)peace through ^(C)the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, ^(D)whether things on earth or things in ^[a]heaven.

¹² and not through ^(A)the blood of goats and calves, but ^(B)through His own blood, He ^(C)entered the holy place ^(D)once for all, ^[a]having obtained ^(E)eternal redemption. ¹³ For if ^(F)the blood of goats and bulls and ^(G)the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the ^[b]cleansing of the flesh, ¹⁴ how much more will ^(H)the blood of Christ, who through ^[c](I)the eternal Spirit ^(J)offered Himself without blemish to God, ^(K)cleanse ^[d]your conscience from ^(L)dead works to serve ^(M)the living God?

²² And according to the ^[a]Law, one may ^(A)almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and ^(B)without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

²⁶ Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since ^(A)the foundation of the world; but now ^(B)once at ^(C)the consummation of the ages He has been ^(D)manifested to put away sin ^[a](E)by the sacrifice of Himself. ²⁷ And inasmuch as ^(F)it is ^[b]appointed for men to die once and after this ^(G)comes judgment, ²⁸ so Christ also, having been ^(H)offered once to ^(I)bear the sins of many, will appear ^(J)a second time for ^(K)salvation ^(L)without reference to sin, to those who ^(M)eagerly await Him.
