Luke 10:8-16
English Standard Version
8 Whenever you enter a town and they receive you, eat what is set before you. 9 Heal the sick in it and say to them, (A)‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ 10 But whenever you enter a town and they do not receive you, go into its streets and say, 11 (B)‘Even the dust of your town that clings to our feet we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that (C)the kingdom of God has come near.’ 12 I tell you, (D)it will be more bearable on (E)that day for Sodom than for that town.
Woe to Unrepentant Cities
13 (F)“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works done in you had been done in (G)Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. 14 (H)But it will be more bearable in the judgment for (I)Tyre and Sidon than for you. 15 And you, Capernaum, (J)will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to (K)Hades.
16 (L)“The one who hears you hears me, and (M)the one who rejects you rejects me, and (N)the one who rejects me rejects him who sent me.”

Heirs with Christ
12 So then, brothers,[a] we are debtors, (A)not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you (B)put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For all who are (C)led by the Spirit of God are (D)sons[b] of God. 15 For (E)you did not receive (F)the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of (G)adoption as sons, by whom we cry, (H)“Abba! Father!” 16 (I)The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then (J)heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, (K)provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
