42 I’ll keep the promise I made to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I will bless your land 43 and let it rest during the time that you are in a foreign country, paying for your rebellion against me and my laws.
44 No matter what you have done, I am still the Lord your God, and I will never completely reject you or become absolutely disgusted with you there in the land of your enemies.Read full chapter

42 I will remember my covenant with Jacob(A) and my covenant with Isaac(B) and my covenant with Abraham,(C) and I will remember the land. 43 For the land will be deserted(D) by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because they rejected(E) my laws and abhorred my decrees.(F) 44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies,(G) I will not reject them or abhor(H) them so as to destroy them completely,(I) breaking my covenant(J) with them.
