Leviticus 22:5-7
Revised Standard Version
5 and whoever touches a creeping thing by which he may be made unclean or a man from whom he may take uncleanness, whatever his uncleanness may be— 6 the person who touches any such shall be unclean until the evening and shall not eat of the holy things unless he has bathed his body in water. 7 When the sun is down he shall be clean; and afterward he may eat of the holy things, because such are his food.

5 or if he touches any crawling thing(A) that makes him unclean, or any person(B) who makes him unclean, whatever the uncleanness may be. 6 The one who touches any such thing will be unclean(C) till evening.(D) He must not eat any of the sacred offerings unless he has bathed himself with water.(E) 7 When the sun goes down, he will be clean, and after that he may eat the sacred offerings, for they are his food.(F)
