⁴ He shall bring the bull to the ^(A)entrance of the tent of meeting before the Lord and lay his hand on the head of the bull and kill the bull before the Lord.

³ “If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer ^(A)a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord. ^4 (B)He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be ^(C)accepted for him ^(D)to make atonement for him.

¹⁸ For Christ also ^(A)suffered^{[a] (B)}once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, ^(C)that he might bring us to God, being put to death ^(D)in the flesh but made alive ^(E)in the spirit,

²⁶ And after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one shall ^(A)be cut off and shall have nothing. And the people of the prince who is to come ^(B)shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. ^(C)Its^[a] end shall come with a flood, ^(D)and to the end there shall be war. ^(E)Desolations are decreed.

²¹ And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the people of Israel, and all their transgressions, all their sins. And he shall ^(A)put them on the head of the goat and send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is in readiness.
