¹³ “‘When a man is cleansed from his discharge, he is to count off seven days^(A) for his ceremonial cleansing; he must wash his clothes and bathe himself with fresh water, and he will be clean.^(B)

⁸ “The person to be cleansed must wash their clothes,^(A) shave off all their hair and bathe with water;^(B) then they will be ceremonially clean.^(C) After this they may come into the camp,^(D) but they must stay outside their tent for seven days.

³³ Do not leave the entrance to the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for your ordination will last seven days.^(A)

²⁸ “‘When she is cleansed from her discharge, she must count off seven days, and after that she will be ceremonially clean.

⁵ Anyone who touches his bed must wash their clothes^(A) and bathe with water,^(B) and they will be unclean till evening.^(C)

⁵ and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness,^(A) the firstborn from the dead,^(B) and the ruler of the kings of the earth.^(C)

To him who loves us^(D) and has freed us from our sins by his blood,^(E)

⁸ Come near to God and he will come near to you.^(A) Wash your hands,^(B) you sinners, and purify your hearts,^(C) you double-minded.^(D)

7 Therefore, since we have these promises,^(A) dear friends,^(B) let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness^(C) out of reverence for God.

²⁵ I will sprinkle^(A) clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse^(B) you from all your impurities^(C) and from all your idols.^{(D) 26} I will give you a new heart^(E) and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone^(F) and give you a heart of flesh.^{(G) 27} And I will put my Spirit^(H) in you and move you to follow my decrees^(I) and be careful to keep my laws.^{(J) 28} Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people,^(K) and I will be your God.^{(L) 29} I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine^(M) upon you.
