¹⁰ We have heard how the Lord dried up^(A) the water of the Red Sea^[a] for you when you came out of Egypt,^(B) and what you did to Sihon and Og,^(C) the two kings of the Amorites^(D) east of the Jordan,^(E) whom you completely destroyed.^{[b](F) 11} When we heard of it, our hearts melted in fear^(G) and everyone’s courage failed^(H) because of you,^(I) for the Lord your God^(J) is God in heaven above and on the earth^(K) below.
