John 10:12-18

¹² He who is ^(A)a hired hand and not a shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and ^(B)leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and ^(C)scatters them. ¹³ He flees because ^(D)he is a hired hand and ^(E)cares nothing for the sheep. ^14 (F)I am the good shepherd. ^(G)I know my own and ^(H)my own know me, ^15 (I)just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and ^(J)I lay down my life for the sheep. ¹⁶ And ^(K)I have other sheep that are not of this fold. ^(L)I must bring them also, and ^(M)they will listen to my voice. So there will be ^(N)one flock, ^(O)one shepherd. ^17 (P)For this reason the Father loves me, ^(Q)because ^(R)I lay down my life that I may take it up again. ^18 (S)No one takes it from me, but ^(T)I lay it down ^(U)of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and ^(V)I have authority to take it up again. ^(W)This charge I have received from my Father.”
