Job 9:23-25

²³ When a scourge^(A) brings sudden death,
    he mocks the despair of the innocent.^(B)
24 When a land falls into the hands of the wicked,^(C)
    he blindfolds its judges.^(D)
    If it is not he, then who is it?^(E)
