¹⁹ Yet He ^(A)is not partial to princes,
Nor does He regard the rich more than the poor;
For ^(B)they are all the work of His hands.

^40 (A)He pours contempt on princes,
And causes them to wander in the wilderness where there is no way;

²¹ And He changes ^(A)the times and the seasons;
^(B)He removes kings and raises up kings;
^(C)He gives wisdom to the wise
And knowledge to those who have understanding.
