    and the cloud is not split open under them.

    Who has ^(B)gathered the wind in his fists?
Who has ^(C)wrapped up the waters in a garment?
    Who has established all ^(D)the ends of the earth?
^(E)What is his name, and what is his son's name?
    Surely you know!

^13 (A)When he utters his voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens,
    ^(B)and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth.
^(C)He makes lightning ^(D)for the rain,
    ^(E)and he brings forth the wind ^(F)from his storehouses.

⁶ I will make it a waste;
    it shall not be pruned or hoed,
    and ^(A)briers and thorns shall grow up;
^(B)I will also command the clouds
    that they rain no rain upon it.

^7 (A)He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth,
    who ^(B)makes lightnings for the rain
    and brings forth the wind from his ^(C)storehouses.

¹⁰ He rode on a cherub and flew;
    he came swiftly on ^(A)the wings of the wind.
¹¹ He made darkness his covering, his ^(B)canopy around him,
    thick clouds ^(C)dark with water.

³⁷ Who can number the clouds by wisdom?
    Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens,

⁹ when I made clouds its garment
    and ^(A)thick darkness its swaddling band,

¹¹ He loads the thick cloud with moisture;
    the clouds scatter his lightning.
¹² They ^(A)turn around and around by his ^(B)guidance,
    ^(C)to accomplish all that he commands them
    on the face of ^(D)the habitable world.
¹³ Whether for ^(E)correction or for his ^(F)land
    or for ^(G)love, he causes it to happen.
