New American Standard Bible
11 “[a]It has been made a desolation,
Desolate, it (A)mourns [b]before Me;
The (B)whole land has been made desolate,
Because no man (C)lays it to heart.
12 “On all the [c](D)bare heights in the wilderness
Destroyers have come,
For a (E)sword of the Lord is devouring
From one end of the land even to the [d]other;
There is (F)no peace for [e]anyone.
13 “They have (G)sown wheat and have reaped thorns,
They have (H)strained themselves [f]to no profit.
But be ashamed of your [g](I)harvest
Because of the (J)fierce anger of the Lord.”
