13 And the word of the Lord came to me the second time, saying, “What do you see?”
And I said, “I see (A)a boiling pot, and it is facing away from the north.”
13 The word of the Lord came to me again: “What do you see?”(A)
“I see a pot that is boiling,” I answered. “It is tilting toward us from the north.”
7 Therefore thus says the Lord God: (A)“Your slain whom you have laid in its midst, they are the meat, and this city is the caldron; (B)but I shall bring you out of the midst of it.
7 “Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: The bodies you have thrown there are the meat and this city is the pot,(A) but I will drive you out of it.(B)
11 (A)This city shall not be your [a]caldron, nor shall you be the meat in its midst. I will judge you at the border of Israel.
11 This city will not be a pot(A) for you, nor will you be the meat in it; I will execute judgment on you at the borders of Israel.
3 (A)And utter a parable to the rebellious house, and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God:
(B)“Put on a pot, set it on,And also pour water into it.
3 Tell this rebellious people(A) a parable(B) and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“‘Put on the cooking pot;(C) put it on and pour water into it.
6 ‘Therefore thus says the Lord God:
“Woe to (A)the bloody city,To the pot whose scum is in it,And whose scum is not gone from it!Bring it out piece by piece,On which no (B)lot has fallen.
6 “‘For this is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“‘Woe(A) to the city of bloodshed,(B) to the pot now encrusted, whose deposit will not go away!Take the meat out piece by piece in whatever order(C) it comes.(D)
