⁴ Thus the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans,

And everyone who is captured will fall by the sword.

Against their chariots,
And against all ^(A)the mixed peoples who are in her midst;
And ^(B)they will become like women.
A sword is against her treasures, and they will be robbed.

¹⁹ But you are cast out of your grave
Like an ^[a]abominable branch,
Like the garment of those who are slain,
^[b]Thrust through with a sword,
Who go down to the stones of the pit,
Like a corpse trodden underfoot.
