⁸ I will cleanse^(A) them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive^(B) all their sins of rebellion against me.

²⁵ I will sprinkle^(A) clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse^(B) you from all your impurities^(C) and from all your idols.^(D)

12 A prophecy:^(A) The word of the Lord concerning Israel.

The Lord, who stretches out the heavens,^(B) who lays the foundation of the earth,^(C) and who forms the human spirit within a person,^(D) declares:

⁹ On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations^(A) that attack Jerusalem.^(B)
