^6 (A)But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

²¹ So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, ^(A)if you have faith and ^(B)do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, ^(C)but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. ²² And ^(D)whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

⁶ But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

²² So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. ²³ For ^(A)assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. ²⁴ Therefore I say to you, ^(B)whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

¹⁴ that we should no longer be ^(A)children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of ^(B)deceitful plotting,

²³ Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for ^(A)He who promised is faithful.

⁹ Do not be carried ^[a]about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.

Men and Women in the Church

⁸ I desire therefore that the men pray ^(A)everywhere, ^(B)lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;

^17 (A)These are wells without water, ^[a]clouds carried by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness ^[b]forever.

Apostates Depraved and Doomed

¹² These are ^[a]spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried ^[b]about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; ^13 (A)raging waves of the sea, ^(B)foaming up their own shame; wandering stars ^(C)for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.
