¹⁴ Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, ^(A)the ^[a]virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will name Him ^[b](B)Immanuel.

²³ “^(A)Behold, the virgin will ^[a](B)conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him ^[b]Immanuel,” which translated means, “^(C)God with us.”

¹⁹ So then, when the Lord Jesus had ^(A)spoken to them, He ^(B)was received up into heaven and ^(C)sat down at the right hand of God.

³⁴ But Mary said to the angel, “How will this be, since I ^[a]am a virgin?” ³⁵ The angel answered and said to her, “^(A)The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of ^(B)the Most High will overshadow you; for that reason also ^(C)the ^[b]holy Child will be called ^(D)the Son of God.

²⁵ Jesus said to her, “^(A)I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies,

³ For ^(A)I handed down to you ^[a]as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died ^(B)for our sins ^(C)according to the Scriptures, ⁴ and that He was buried, and that He was ^(D)raised on the third day ^(E)according to the Scriptures,
