The Restoration of Jacob

14 ^(A)For the Lord will have compassion on Jacob and will again choose Israel, and ^(B)will set them in their own land, and ^(C)sojourners will join them and will attach themselves to the house of Jacob.

⁷ “You shall not abhor an Edomite, for ^(A)he is your brother. You shall not abhor an Egyptian, because ^(B)you were a sojourner in his land. ⁸ Children born to them in the third generation may enter the assembly of the Lord.
