The grass withers, the flower fades,
But (A)the word of our God stands forever.”

O Jerusalem,
You who bring good tidings,

Lift it up, be not afraid;

10 Behold, the Lord God shall come [a]with a strong hand,
And (B)His arm shall rule for Him;
Behold, (C)His reward is with Him,
And His [b]work before Him.
11 He will (D)feed His flock like a shepherd;
He will gather the lambs with His arm,

And gently lead those who are with young.
