⁹ Behold, the ^(A)former things have come to pass,
Now I declare ^(B)new things;
Before they sprout I proclaim them to you.”

⁹ All the nations have ^(A)gathered together
So that the peoples may be assembled.
Who among them can ^(B)declare this
And proclaim to us the former things?
Let them present ^(C)their witnesses so ^(D)that they may be justified,
Or let them hear and say, “It is true.”

⁷ Who is like Me? ^(A)Let him proclaim and declare it;
And, let him confront Me
^[a]Beginning with My establishing of the ancient ^[b]nation.
Then let them declare to them the things that are coming
And the events that are going to take place.
⁸ Do not tremble and do not be afraid;
^(B)Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it?
And ^(C)you are My witnesses.
Is there any God ^(D)besides Me,
Or is there any other ^(E)Rock?
I know of none.’”
