Isaiah 33:19-21 American Standard Version (ASV)

19 Thou shalt not see the fierce people, a people of a deep speech that thou canst not comprehend, of a [a]strange tongue that thou canst not understand. 20 Look upon Zion, the city of our [b]solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tent that shall not be removed, the stakes whereof shall never be plucked up, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken. 21 But there Jehovah will be with us in majesty, [c]a place of broad rivers and streams, wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall gallant ship pass thereby.

Isaiah 33:19-21 New International Version (NIV)

19 You will see those arrogant people no more,
    people whose speech is obscure,
    whose language is strange and incomprehensible.

20 Look on Zion, the city of our festivals;
    your eyes will see Jerusalem,
    a peaceful abode, a tent that will not be moved;
its stakes will never be pulled up,
    nor any of its ropes broken.
21 There the Lord will be our Mighty One.
    It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams.
No galley with oars will ride them,
    no mighty ship will sail them.
