⁶Wail, for the day of the Lord is at hand; as destruction from the Almighty and Sufficient One [Shaddai] will it come!^(A)

New International Version

⁶Wail,^(A) for the day^(B) of the Lord is near;
it will come like destruction^(C) from the Almighty.^[a]^(D)

¹⁵Alas for the day! For the day of [the judgment of] the Lord is at hand, and as a destructive tempest from the Almighty will it come.^(A)
