²⁴ and let’s consider how ^(A)to ^[a]encourage one another in love and ^(B)good deeds, ²⁵ not abandoning our own ^(C)meeting together, as is the habit of some people, but ^(D)encouraging one another; and all the more as you see ^(E)the day drawing near.

^13 (A)Until I come, give your attention to the public ^[a](B)reading, to exhortation, and teaching.

² preach ^(A)the word; be ready ^[a]in season and out of season; ^(B)correct, rebuke, and ^[b]exhort, with ^[c]great ^(C)patience and instruction.

¹¹ Now these people were more noble-minded than those in ^(A)Thessalonica, ^[a]for they received the word with ^[b]great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.

⁴ Now there are ^(A)varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. ⁵ And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord. ⁶ There are varieties of effects, but the same ^(B)God who works all things in all persons. ⁷ But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit ^(C)for the common good.

Unity of the Spirit

4 Therefore I, ^(A)the prisoner of the Lord, ^(B)urge you to ^(C)walk in a manner worthy of the ^(D)calling with which you have been ^(E)called, ² with all ^(F)humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another ^(G)in love, ³ being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the ^(H)bond of peace. ⁴ There is ^(I)one body and one Spirit, just as you also were called in one ^(J)hope of your calling; ^5 (K)one Lord, one faith, one baptism, ⁶ one God and Father of all ^(L)who is over all and through all and in all.
