¹¹ But the Angel of the Lord called to him from heaven and said, “Abraham, Abraham!”

He replied, “Here I am.”

⁷ Then the angel of the Lord^(A) returned for a second time and touched him. He said, “Get up and eat, or the journey will be too much for you.”

³⁵ That night the angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies!^(A)
