And the Lord God planted a garden Eastward in [a]Eden, and there he put the man whom he had made.

(For out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree pleasant to the sight, and good for meat: the [b]tree of life also in the midst of the garden, [c]and the tree of knowledge of good and of evil.

10 And out of Eden went a river to water the garden, and from thence it was divided, and became into four heads.
