⁶ So Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and ^(A)laid it on Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife, and the two of them went together.

³⁸ Then ^(A)the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench.
